Formed in San Francisco, BF/C is the sonic brainchild of Barish Firatli and Joel Igor Hammad Magnusson (aka Californiaman). Rooted in rich harmonies, textured synths, and heartfelt lyricism, the duo offers a nostalgic yet futuristic take on electropop. Their music draws comparisons to the retro glamour of Roxy Music, the smoldering cool of INXS, and the eerie intimacy of The Knife—creating what they call poor man’s pop, rich man’s rock. With a magnetic live presence and a catalogue that dances between vulnerability and swagger, BF/C crafts immersive soundscapes that feel like candlelit conversations on a distant planet. Their performances are more than just shows—they’re experiences, inviting the audience into a world painted in neon and shadow.

Fowl Bay, is an alternative rock band which shares its expressive sound by highlighting the collaborative efforts of singer-songwriter and guitarist Matt Franke’s soulful flair, Nick Takeda’s technical percussion stylings, and Connor Harrison’s heavy and driving bass lines. Formed in 2023 as a passion project to share their love for music, this three-piece power house has since taken on a life of its own. The band released its first EP entitled ‘Part II: Ascension’ in March 2025 and is constantly working on exciting new music – with plans for releasing new music in the new year.
