Join us on the first Thursday of every month for an unforgettable evening celebrating raw talent and original music! We’re shining the spotlight on three handpicked local singer-songwriters, each bringing their unique voice, stories, and sound to the stage. Whether you're a music lover, a fellow artist, or just looking for an inspiring night out, this is your chance to experience the soul of our city—one song at a time. Come and support the magic of live, local music. Kele Fleming: Kele Fleming the distinct love child of Linda Perhacs and Ani DiFranco. She’s 70’s psychedelic, feministic, intelligent- quoting Darwin and Foucault mid song. Kele regularly opens for Canadian icon Jane Siberry to sold out venues across the province, was interviewed on CTV which aired across the country, quoted in The New Yorker expressing her thoughts on the music industry and charted at #1 on the New Queer Canada Music Charts this year. She is a proud member of the LGBTQ2A community, and her presence in today’s music scene is an important reminder that it needs to continue to be more diverse and inclusive. Kele’s dynamic vocals range from choir girl naivete to raging Sinead O'Connor. Profound lyrics that are more like call to actions, angry at humanity’s sad state of affairs. These are potent and important protest songs that rage against our indifference and apathy. Perfect for discerning and open-minded crowds, who have taste for authenticity and a pallet for the truth. This is peer to peer with music that lives in the likes of the Numero Group catalog. Kele’s music has accumulated over 700K listens on Spotify, her edgy single ‘The Great Acceleration - Devours Remix’ alone, reaching a staggering 127K. Sandra Taylor: Sandra Taylor was born in Sudbury (Ontario, Canada), and grew up in Ottawa. She has a background in classical piano. Cooper Mills: Cooper Mills is a singer-songwriter defined by his vulnerable storytelling. Born and raised in Victoria, BC, Cooper’s musical journey began by writing songs in his bedroom and posting them on social media as a way to process the emotions and experiences of growing up and navigating the world. His music includes a mix of indie rock and indie pop, inspired by artists and bands such as The Smiths, Noah Kahan, and The Cure. His music embodies a world of bittersweet longing and nostalgic reflection.
